What is FastListPro?
FastListPro is a members-only email marketing community where you earn credits by reading other members' mailings, then use those credits to send your own offers to the entire membership. Everyone reads, everyone gets read.
How do I send my first mailing?
Go to Send Mailing in the top navigation. Write your subject line, paste your email body, add your target URL, and hit Send. Your mailing will go out to all active members immediately.
What are credits and how do I earn them?
Credits are the currency of FastListPro. You earn credits by reading other members' mailings — each read earns you a set number of credits based on your membership tier. You spend credits to send your own mailings.
How many credits do I need to send a mailing?
The credit cost depends on how many members you send to and your membership tier. You can see the exact cost on the Send Mailing page before you hit send.
Mailings
How often can I send a mailing?
Free members can send once every 72 hours. Paid members have shorter or no cooldown periods depending on their tier. Check your tier benefits on the Upgrade page.
What is a good click-through rate (CTR)?
A CTR of 30% or higher is solid on FastListPro. Above 50% is excellent. Use the Mailing Tools tab in your Inbox to generate subject lines and check for spam triggers before sending.
Can I use HTML in my mailings?
Currently mailings are sent as plain text with a target URL. Your offer link appears as a clickable button inside the professionally designed FastListPro email template.
What is the #FIRSTNAME# tag?
Adding #FIRSTNAME# anywhere in your subject line or body personalizes the mailing with each recipient's first name. Example: "Hey #FIRSTNAME#, check this out!" Studies show personalized subject lines get 20-30% more opens.
Credits
Can I buy credits?
Yes. Go to the Store in the navigation to purchase credit packages. Credits never expire.
What is GEE! — the Guaranteed Exposure Engine?
GEE! automatically shows your ads to other members every time you take action on the site — reading a mailing, clicking an offer, or logging in. The more active you are, the more exposure your ads get.
What is the Clicker Streak?
Every day you visit an offer inside a mailing, your Clicker Streak grows by one day. A longer streak means more GEE! ad exposures and a higher position on the Leaderboard. Miss a day and your streak resets.
Referrals
How do I earn commissions?
Share your unique referral link found on the Referrals page. When someone signs up through your link and upgrades to a paid membership, you earn a commission. Free members earn 25% and paid members earn higher rates depending on tier.
When do I get paid my commissions?
Commissions are paid manually via PayPal within 7 days of your request. Go to the Referrals page and submit a withdrawal request once your balance reaches the $5.00 minimum.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal is $5.00. Add your PayPal email on your Profile page before requesting a withdrawal.
Desktop Notifications
What are desktop notifications?
Desktop notifications (The Back Door) alert you the instant a new mailing is posted — even when FastListPro is not open in your browser. Click the notification to go directly to the mailing and earn credits.
How do I enable desktop notifications?
Go to your Inbox and click Enable Desktop Alerts. Your browser will ask for permission — click Allow. It takes about 10 seconds and works on Chrome, Edge, and most modern browsers.
Do I need the site open to receive notifications?
No. As long as your browser is running in the background, you will receive notifications. You do not need FastListPro open.
Account
Why do I need a Gmail or iCloud email address?
FastListPro requires Gmail or iCloud to protect deliverability for all members. These providers have strong spam filters that keep the community clean and ensure mailings actually reach inboxes.
How do I change my password?
Go to your Profile page and scroll to the password section. Enter your current password and your new password twice, then save.
How do I add my profile photo?
FastListPro uses Gravatar for profile photos. Create a free account at gravatar.com using your email address and upload your photo there. It will appear automatically on your FastListPro profile. You can also enter a separate Gravatar email on your Profile page.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact support at admin@fastlistpro.com and we will process your deletion request within 48 hours. Note that deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
Technical
Why is my mailing not showing in the inbox?
Mailings appear in the inbox for 24 hours as new mail, then move to the Unread (7 days) section for one week. After 7 days they are no longer available to read for credits.
Why did my notification take me to the wrong page?
If you had notifications enabled before a recent update, your browser may have cached the old service worker. Go to chrome://serviceworker-internals, find fastlistpro.com, click Unregister, then re-enable notifications from your Inbox.
Who do I contact for support?
Open a support ticket from the Support link in the footer, or email admin@fastlistpro.com directly. We typically respond within 24 hours.
